Welcome to Sportiqo
SPORTIQO was founded in 2019 by the former Aquatic director and Chief Head Coach of Michael Phelps Swimming India.
Being a national medalist in Taekwondo, a state level kick boxer and a collegiate water polo player and facing the
challenges of the shortcomings of the sporting ecosystem in the country, the aim was to create an ecosystem where young
athletes can develop physically and mentally and help athletes with aspects of their journey which are undervalued.
Sportiqo has collaborated with multiple top swimming programs in the world like AUSTSWIM, Michael Phelps swimming and
the YMCA, providing their operational expertise to these organizations.
Having a team of internationally certified swimming coaches Sportiqo runs its own swimming academy at the District Sports Club as well as the YMCA in Mumbai.
Our team of Internationally qualified swim coaches are truly committed to ensuring that all children learn the life-long
skill of swimming. We believe that swimming is just as important a life skill to learn as are reading & writing.
Sportiqo has conducted stroke clinics for National level swimmers from other states of the country.
Our founder assisted Multiple times Olympic Medalist Mr.Chris Jacobs in conducting Multiple stroke
clinics for Swimmers
in Mumbai.
Sportiqo provides swimming coaching to all age groups starting from the age of 6 months.
Our aim is to provide professional coaching in all the major sports being played by working with top organizations and
coaching programs in their respective sports.
Sportiqo is guided by the following objectives
- To promote mass participation in a variety of sports from all walks of life
- To teach life skills using sport and empower young people.
- To offer professional coaching to young athletes and develop an ecosystem that ensures the growth of sports in our country.
- To expose young athletes to the opportunities that lie in sports.
